Hey, I’m Tamsin! I’ve been a hairstylist for 17 years, and I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining The Palms Collective! Hair has always been my passion, especially cutting and staying up to date with the latest trends and styles.

I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel their best—from the inside out. Over the years, I’ve fallen in love with the Japanese Head Spa ritual for the way it combines deep relaxation, scalp health, and real, visible results for the hair.

This isn’t just a luxury—it’s a reset.A way to pause, breathe, and give your scalp the attention it truly deserves.

The treatment I offer at The Palms blends traditional Japanese techniques with modern scalp care, using exfoliation, gentle massage, steam therapy, and nourishing masks. It supports:

• Healthy hair growth
• Deep stress relief
• Removal of product buildup & impurities
• A balanced, soothed scalp

Hey, I’m Jodi! I’ve been a stylist for 21 years, and I’m really excited to start my new adventure at The Palms Collective! My passion for hair shines through in my work, especially when it comes to coloring. As a mom to a beautiful little boy and a proud dog owner, I love sharing stories about family and pets.

I enjoy chatting about everything from kids and dogs to food and the latest TV shows. I have fantastic relationships with my current clients, and I can’t wait to meet some new faces too. Hope to see you all soon! 🤍

Just a little bit about myself for those of you who don't know me. I qualified as a beauty therapist over 12 years ago and have worked in various well known salons within lincoln. I  qualified as a registered nurse 9 years ago and completed my aesthetics nurse training!

Hi, I’m Freya! I am 23 years old, I am a hairdresser with 4 years experience and a nail technician with 7 years experience. I love to create a beautiful balayage, vivid colours, colour correction and a gorgeous set of  builder gel nails. In my spare time I’m probably at the gym, with my girlies or cuddling with my baby, (my cat), Norman.
